How Long Does Delivery Take? 
We know you want your new Jewelry De Corner ASAP (can’t blame you!). We offer FREE standard shipping to most countries so you don't need to pay for unnecessary shipping costs. Plus we use tracked shipping for all orders so you can see exactly where your order is anytime!

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on external factors such as customs processing and local postal services.

Note: Orders are processed 7 days a week, but they can only be shipped out Monday through Friday

*During holiday periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Christmas there might be a slight increase in shipping time due to the high demand and orders placed.

We offer free shipping to most countries around the world.

How Secure Is My Personal Information? 
Jewelry De CornerTM  adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.  

Can I Amend My Order? 
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible so if you need to amend your order after you placed it, it may have already shipped!. However, please email us as soon as possible at support@jewelrydecorner.com to see if it is possible to amend your order and we will try our best! 

Can I Cancel My Order? 
If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email support@jewelrydecorner.com and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order.

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address! 
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at support@jewelrydecorner.com and provide your new address. 

What If My Parcel Is Delayed? 
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. But don't worry, we will make sure that you get your parcel :) 

If for any reason, your parcel is lost, we will always offer to ship you a new one completely free of charge or give you a refund (whatever you prefer) - simply send us an email on support@jewelrydecorner.com

Will My Items Come Together? 
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)

Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees? 

In most cases customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Can I Return My Order? 
If you would like to return your jewelry, please email support@jewelrydecorner.com to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 30 days so please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item, if you would like to return it and we will issue you a full refund so you can shop carefree.

My Item Arrived Damaged! 
Firstly, we are so sorry to hear this! We do ship all orders with bubble bags and gift boxes to protect the jewelry but in the rare cases your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us at support@jewelrydecorner.com and we will immediately ship you a new order completely free of charge.

How is the jewelry packaged? 
We ship all jewelry in our custom black gift boxes. Sometimes numerous items can come in one black gift box. Each item is put inside individual clear zipped bags to ensure they are safe and protected during travel. If you would like each item to come in separate custom black gift boxes with a gift bag, then please purchase 'Gift Packaging' as an add on before you checkout.
