  • Do I need to pay customs fees?

In most cases, no customs fees are charged. In rare cases, you may be required to pay processing fees and taxes when your order goes through customs. Any charges for the package must be paid by the person receiving the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you how much they will be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

We offer free shipping to most countries around the world.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to these countries:

  • How long will it take for the express to arrive?

On average, your order takes 5-10 business days to arrive from shipping. However, in some cases it may take up to 3 weeks for your jewelry to arrive, depending on the country.

  • Can I cancel or renew my order? Or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjustments and cancellations, or to change your shipping address, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that due to our team's efforts to ship items as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or renew your order upon request.

 

  • My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

In rare cases, delivery times may exceed the standard shipping times stated above. Most delays are caused by customs, which unfortunately are out of our control. But don't worry, we'll make sure you get your package.

If for any reason, your package goes missing, we will always send you a new package completely free or refund, just send us an email:support@jewelrydecorner.com

 

  • What should I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong package?

First of all, we apologize! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to support@jewelrydecorner.com .Our customer satisfaction team will be happy to help you with that!

 

  • Can I return the product?

Yes, we accept returns on all items. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days, so if you want to return an item, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund you in full so you can shop hassle-free.

*Make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it and that the identification tag and seal are intact.

*For hygienic reasons, earrings that have already been worn will not be accepted.

 

  • How to return the product?

  • When will I receive my refund?

Please note that the system will return to the original method of payment, and your refund will be processed within 3 working days after the return is received by our warehouse. Alternatively, banks or credit card companies may take 3-5 business days to process.
